Now that you have raw milk on hand you have endless possibilities at your fingertips. Raw milk has almost everything you need to make sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, butter, yogurt and so much more. Here are just some ideas of what to do with any extra raw milk you have.
1. Ice Cubes
Have some milk that soured before you could drink it? Freeze it in ice cube trays and use them in smoothies. No sourness is tasted when you freeze the milk. Our milk is unprocessed and freezing it does not change the nutritional value at all.
2. Coffee Creamer
Looking for a creamer without all the added yuck? Here is our recipe for a sweet vanilla creamer. Don't like sweet? Just use the whole milk itself or skim off the cream and use the goodness for your morning joe.
3. Compost​
Raw milk has an abundance of calcium and when diluted 50% with water can be poured directly into your garden as an amazing fertilizer. Great for tomatoes, peppers and even squash!

6.Kefir
Kefir is an awesome way to sneak in extra probiotics for added gut health. Kefir may even help manage blood sugar, lower cholesterol and boost digestive health.
